I have never been a tremendous fan of the ever-popular chicken and waffles, but I will say The Buttered Biscuit does an excellent job with its rendition, pairing crispy, deep-fried chicken strips with a light and airy waffle. That said, the Eureka, with its fried chicken, bacon, cheddar, fried egg, and cilantro aioli, was a messy winner, as was another biscuit sandwich, the Razorback (fried egg, sausage, tomato, avocado, green onion, and comeback sauce). Unfortunately, this crumbly trait can be a bit of an obstacle when navigating a sandwich, as things tend to fall apart with each bite.
